Yield and industrial attributes of grape are aspects for success of plant productivity, and are directly influence the nutrients supplied. The bioprotector was produced from PK rocks and organic matter inoculated with diazotrophic bacteria and fungi Cunninghamella elegans that have chitosan in cell walls, and it may act providing nutrients and protect the plants against phythopatogens.
The aim of the study was to compare the effectiveness of the bioprotector with mineral soluble fertilizer on yield of grape and industrial characteristics in a field experiment at the Botticelli industry in San Francisco Valley. The experiment was set up in factorial (3x2+1) x2, with two fertilizer
sources (NPKP and NPKF, in three rates) and a control treatment, applied in two depths (0-20 and 20-40 cm), with four replicates. The bioprotector increase yield and provide the specific industrial characteristics of grape. The bioprotector may be be alternative for replacement of soluble fertilizers
